    Have you heard of Pentair? Unless you’re a plumber or a restaurant owner, probably not. Very few consumers have.


    But that’s starting to change. The water filtration leader is making themselves known to consumers, and that starts with their website.


    I worked with Pentair to make their website more consumer-centric. It started with a strategic planning process, including mapping the consumer journey, creating a value proposition, and developing a messaging strategy and site architecture. Then, I wrote content that paid off that strategy.
