• Your best content creators might already be on the payroll

  • Three things you should know:

    1. You need customers to trust you first

In B2B, deals don’t happen unless the customer has a reason to trust you.

    2. People don’t trust companies

Not easily anyway. It’s nearly impossible to form relationships with a brand name and a logo.

    3. People DO trust people

And they like to work with people they like. Person-to-person connections are how deals get made. That’s where your opportunity lies.

  • "Working closely with Chris to create a personal brand for one of our executives has produced results that have far exceeded my expectations. He makes it very easy for me to transfer knowledge on our goals and objectives and get in return best-in-class social content that is totally on point with those goals."

  • The Personnel Branding Process

It's a little more complicated than this, and it's different for everybody. But here it is in a nutshell:
    1

    Identify the Right People

We look for customer-facing, passionate people who are willing to be storytellers for your brand. And for themselves.

    2

    Train your New 'Influencers'

We show them how to use content & storytelling, the key messages of your brand, and some basic guidelines. We might also need to get your corporate messaging in order.

    3

Turn Them Loose (with continual training)

Once your new 'influencers' are prepped and ready, we let them do their thing. We also provide ongoing coaching, tips, and inspiration.

  • Who am I, you ask?

Here's what you need to know...

    • Coming up on 30 years in marketing, PR and content strategy
    • Create content for executives at a big, big technology company (so I know what Personnel Branding can do)
    • Experience in software/technology, medical, manufacturing/engineering, and building materials & equipment
